I Have experienced a few winters like that. I was living in SW Colorado at 8000 ft in elevation and one year we got 145" / 368.3 cm.
Had to clear the snow off the roof a couple times. It got so deep the tractors they used to clear the roads struggled because the berms on the side of the road were so high there wasn't anywhere to put the new stuff.
